Staff of Audit Commission attended
the 13th Assembly and the 6th Symposium of
the Asian Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions

At the invitation of the National Audit Office of the People's Republic of China (CNAO), Philip Lau (Assistant Director of Audit) and Alfred Wong (Auditor) attended the 13th Assembly and the 6th Symposium of the Asian Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions as members of the People's Republic of China Delegation. The Delegation was led by Dr. Sun Baohou, Deputy Auditor General of the CNAO. The Assembly and the Symposium were held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 9 to 13 February 2015.

The Audit Commission's participation in the Assembly and the Symposium was very useful in helping us keep abreast of the developments in public sector auditing. It also provided a good opportunity for us to exchange views and share good practices with our Mainland and other Asian counterparts.
