Staff of Audit Commission participated in the "Cross straits, Hong Kong and Macao Audit Theories and Practices Conference 2016"

On 28 and 29 December 2016, the China Audit Society and the Department of Accounting of the Chengchi University of Taiwan organised the " Cross straits, Hong Kong and Macao Audit Theories and Practices Conference 2016 " in Zhengzhou. At the invitation of the organisers, the Audit Commission sent a delegation of three officers, namely Edmund Chow (Senior Auditor), Chi-ming Ip (Auditor) and Tin Yeung (Examiner), to participate in the Conference.

Our delegation presented at the Conference a paper entitled " Monitoring of air quality and implementation of air quality improvement measures ".

The Conference provided a very good opportunity for our delegation to exchange views and ideas on improving audit institutions' audit-work efficiency, and on public-private-partnership projects and environmental audits with other participants.
