Staff of Audit Commission participated in the "Cross straits, Hong Kong and Macao Audit Theories and Practices Conference 2018"

Between 19 and 22 August, the China Audit Society organised the "Cross straits, Hong Kong and Macao Audit Theories and Practices Conference 2018" in Ordos, Inner Mongolia. At the invitation of the organisers, the Audit Commission sent a delegation of three officers, namely Mr Allan Wong (Senior Auditor), Ms Nadia Leung (Auditor) and Miss Summy Wong (Examiner), to participate in the Conference.

Our delegation presented at the Conference two papers entitled "Management of restored landfills" and “Training and Development of Audit Staff”.

The Conference provided a very good opportunity for our delegation to exchange views and ideas on the areas of audit’s role in promoting sustainable development as well as audit staff training and development with other participants.
