Participation in the 14th Assembly and the 7th Symposium of the Asian Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions

At the invitation of the National Audit Office of the People's Republic of China (CNAO), our Deputy Director (John Chu) and a Senior Auditor (Francis Po) attended the 14th Assembly and the 7th Symposium of the Asian Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions as members of the People's Republic of China Delegation. The Delegation was led by Ms. Hu Zejun, Auditor General of the CNAO. The Assembly and the Symposium were held in Hanoi, Vietnam from 19 to 22 September 2018.

The Audit Commission's participation in the Assembly and the Symposium was very useful in helping us keep abreast of the developments in public sector auditing. It also provided a good opportunity for us to exchange views and share good practices with our Mainland and other Asian counterparts.
